Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecom provider, held its latest ‘Batelco Talks’ session on the subject of Digital Transformation with Almoayed Technologies CEO Abdulla Almoayed.
The session highlighted the key developments and growth of digital transformation which are expected to have a significant impact within the GCC in the coming years.
As part of the session, Almoayed discussed the transformation to Open-APIs which is the future, stressing Bahrain’s capability to cope with this upcoming transformation in terms of flexible and updated regulations that support the requirements of today’s market and business practices. On another note, he also highlighted the importance of FinTech and data analytics which are needed to facilitate the accelerated pace of digitization.
‘Batelco Talks’ form bite-sized learning initiatives and are hosted monthly by Batelco in order to keep employees up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
